Mt. Hermon

I went to Mount Hermon. It was so much fun. I did lots of stuff. Let me tell you all about it.
The car ride takes a long time. It takes about one hour and thirty minutes to get there. We went all the way up. We didn’t stop for lunch or anything. My brother Connor and I didn’t get bored at all because we brought our Nintendos.
When we got there we had to set up camp. It took a long time to set up camp because we have to set out tents and un load all of the stuff from our car. My brother and sister were lazy. When we were setting up camp, all they did was play with my cousins.
When we were finished setting up camp, we rested around the camp fire pit for a while. After we rested for a while, we had to go to day camp.
When we got to day camp we had to sign in. Once we are signed in we can go inside and do what ever we want. When the siren goes off they have this thing called straight and quiet line contest. A straight and quiet line contest is when you line up on the grass and the judges see who has the quietest line and the straightest line. Some of the times my group would win, sometimes other groups would win.
After that we go in to sing. They have a lot of songs. Some songs are crazy and some songs are not crazy.
After singing there is the bible study skit. The skits are really silly. Some are not so silly. Then we head on out to meet456 our counselors.
Every one of our counselors has a fake name. My counselors fake name was Breck. Breck was a funny guy.
Every day we had a morning activity. One day we went to the creek, one day we went to the game room, one day we went on the slip”n slide, and one day we went on the ropes course. On the last day we went for a night swim.
I sure did have a great time at mount hermon. It was a great experience. I love going to mount hermon!

Its a good thing your mom had you around to help out since clare and Connor were being so lazy! I had fun at Mt. Hermon too! I'm looking forward to next year already! What about you? Oh, you'll be in the middle school group then!
